History Teacher

MLC School is looking for a talented and passionate full-time History Teacher to join our History Department from Term 4, 2017.

Founded in 1886 MLC School is an Australian Independent Girls’ School of the Uniting Church in Australia. MLC School’s mission is to educate young women to be fearless thinkers with moral courage and compassion to be agents of change in their own lives and the lives of others.

Essential Criteria:

  • Secondary School Teacher qualification approved by the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)
  • Experience with senior Modern History classes
  • IB experience desirable
  • Experience in inquiry based learning
  • Working with Children Check
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
