MLC School is looking for a full-time Geography teacher to fit into our innovative and collegial team to commence in Term 4, 2017.

Founded in 1886 MLC School is an Australian Independent Girls’ School of the Uniting Church in Australia. MLC School’s mission is to educate young women to be fearless thinkers with moral courage and compassion to be agents of change in their own lives and the lives of others.

Selection criteria: 

  • Secondary School Teacher qualification approved by the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)
  • Ability to teach NSW syllabuses for the Australian Curriculum Geography Years 7–10
  • Ability to teach HSC and or IB Geography syllabus
  • Experience in inquiry based learning
  • MYP experience desirable
