MLC School is seeking a five-star Customer Service Coordinator to provide first class customer service to our Aquatic Centre patrons.

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Customer Service Coordinator to join our high performing Aquatic Centre team within MLC School.

Working closely with the Aquatic Centre Manager, you will assist in the management of the Aquatic Centre by undertaking general administrative duties including customer service, ensuring high standards of service are delivered by the front of house team, staff rostering and managing collection of pay claims. 

You will also be responsible for reporting of financial processes utilising the Aquatic Centre’s LINKS software system and assisting the Aquatic Centre Manager in developing and implementing staff training programs.

It is essential that you have:

  • Experience in administrative processes particularly in a high volume service industry
  • NSW Working with Children check
  • Understanding of WHS guidelines desirable
  • Tertiary qualification in recreation or similar disciplines desirable

It is desirable that you have:

  • Understanding of Austswim and Swim Australia guidelines desirable
  • Experience with using LINKS Software desirable
  • Knowledge of Royal Life Saving guidelines desirable
